Qualifications & Experience

It all started when…

I trained to become a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India (Yoga Capital of the World) in November 2017.

I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and since have travelled around the world teaching yoga in many beautiful countries (including India, Australia, the UK, Germany, Greece and soon to be Croatia).

Since completing my YTT, I have also completed a 50-hour Advanced Alignment & Adjustment course with Eric Bennewitz at Satya Loka yoga studio.

I have also recently completed an 100-hour Mazé Method Yoga Immersion, taught by Stephen Ewashkiw at Yoga Connection. This immersion dived into the methodology of world renowned Yogi, Noah Mazé.

It is my intention to continue furthering my education in Yoga, in hope to provide my students with the safest possible and alignment and instruction, in order to pass on knowledge and empower students to become their own inner teacher.

Qualifications:

-1st Class Degree in Psychology (Bachelor of Science)

-Reiki Master (Usui Reiki lineage)

-200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance)

-50-hour Advanced Alignment & Adjustment (Yoga Alliance)

-100-hour Mazé Method Yoga Immersion

-Wild Woman Project Circle Leader

-Tantra for Women Training
